The State of Missouri to Noel Johnson, if living and his unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, mortgagees, trustees, and legal representatives, and all other persons, corporations, or successors claiming by, through, or under them.
You are hereby notified that an action for Suit to Quiet Title Under 140.330 has been commenced in the Circuit Court, County of Dallas, by Petition, the object and general nature of which is to obtain a Judgment of Quiet Title, by Plaintiff, ERB FAMILY TRUST DATED 3/18/2020 by its sole trustees, Steven Erb and Lenora Erb, to certain real estate, to wit:
All of Lots 15 and 16 in Block 8, R.L. Hayes Addition, to the City of Buffalo, Dallas County, Missouri.
Now Known as Parcel #09-6.0-23-003-007-003.000
The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is George A. Shaffer, P.O. Box 472, Buffalo, MO 65622.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the 29th day of January, 2025, judgment by default will be rendered against you and a Judgment of Quiet Title rendered in accordance with the Petition filed herein.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in Buffalo Reflex, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Dallas, State of Missouri. A true copy from the record.
