For default in the payment of principal and interest now past due on a certain promissory note dated October 13, 2022 and secured by a deed of trust dated October 13, 2022 signed by Aaron Brisley, Member of Dream Home Builders, LLC, and recorded on October 21, 2022, in Book 2022L at Page 4961, Instrument #2022L4961 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Polk County, Missouri, Lee J. Viorel, III will, at the request of the legal holder thereof, on the 18th day of February, 2025, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., specifically at 1 o'clock p.m. at the North Door of the Polk County Courthouse, located at 102 E. Broadway, in the City of Bolivar, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in the deed of trust described as:
