For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Josh Massey, a single person and Quintana Creibaum, a single person, dated the 20th day of June, 2023, recorded on 06/21/2023 in Book 2023, at Page 1311, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Dallas County, Missouri, at 02:01:29 PM conveying to Ginger Johnson, Trustee, all of the following described land situate in Dallas County, Missouri, to-wit:
Tracts 265 and 347, Winchester Gap, Phases I, Il and Ill, a revised map or plat of which is recorded in Book 2, Page 45 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Dallas County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, the Successor Trustee, Sheriff Scott Rice, will at the request of the legal holder of said note, on Thursday, June 13, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m., at the north door of the Dallas County Circuit Court House in Buffalo, Missouri, sell said real estate at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy said debt and costs.
