For default in the payment of principal and interest now past due on a certain promissory note dated October 17, 2022 and secured by a deed of trust dated October 17, 2022, signed by Larry L Henry as Trustee under the Joint Revocable Trust Agreement of Larry L. Henry and Eloise A. Henry Dated January 22, 2007, and recorded on October 17, 2022, in Book 2022 at Page 6181 as Instrument # 2022006181, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Webster County, Missouri, Lee J.
