For default in the payment of the debt, secured by the Todd/Dawes Family Living Revocable Trust of March 14, 2001's Deed of Trust, Peggy L. Dawes, sole surviving trustee, of June 13, 2011, recorded on June 13, 2011, in Book 2011, at Page 1165, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the Cedar County, Missouri, the undersigned trustee will, at the request of Carroll G. Leffler and Leonard K.
