For default in the payment of the debt, secured by the Todd/Dawes Family Living Revocable Trust of March 14, 2001's Deed of Trust, Peggy L. Dawes, sole surviving trustee, of June 13, 2011, recorded on June 13, 2011, in Book 2011, at Page 1165, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the Cedar County, Missouri, the undersigned trustee will, at the request of Carroll G. Leffler and Leonard K. Breon (the legal holders of said deed of trust and of the thereby secured debt), sell two tracts of land situated in the East Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Eight (S-8), Township Thirty-Four (T-34) North, Range Twenty-Six (R-26) West of the 5th P.M., Cedar County, Missouri (commonly known as 622 Morgan Drive, Stockton, Missouri), at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the east front door of the Cedar County Courthouse, at 113 South Street, in Stockton, Missouri, for the purpose of satisfying said debt and costs.
