TO ALL PERSONS
INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE
OF WILLIAM R. UTKE
DECEDENT.

The undersigned, Ronda Utke and Ronald Utke, are two of the three acting Co-Trustees under a trust, the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Trustee upon receipt of proper proof thereof. Phillip D. Greathouse is the attorney for the Co-Trustees. The address of the attorney for the Co-Trustees is 613 S. Byers, P.O. Box 939, Joplin, MO 64802.
All creditors of the decedent are noticed to present their claims to the attorney for the Co-Trustees within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
