A Public Hearing will be held at Nixa City Hall on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm before the Nixa Planning and Zoning Commission concerning a Minor Subdivision Application for Lot 31 of Richmond Subdivision Nixa, Missouri.
