PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearings will be held at Nixa City Hall on Tuesday May 6, 2025 at 6 pm before the Nixa Planning and Zoning Commission concerning a proposed amendment to the Nixa City Code relating to Modular Homes in R-1 zoning districts.
Public hearings will also be held at Nixa City Hall on Tuesday May 13, and Tuesday May 27 at 6pm before the Nixa City Council concerning the same proposal. The proposed amendment may be viewed at Nixa City Hall between Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Nixa City Hall is located at 715 W. Mt. Vernon St., Nixa, MO 65714.
