Saturday, Feb. 18, was a great morning for the 44th annual Polar Bear Run. The temperature was in the 20s to start the race, but the sunshine and excitement warmed up the runners pretty quickly. This year, the event had 99 runners participating. The annual Polar Bear Run benefits the Bolivar Liberator Cross Country program. more
Thursday, Feb. 16, students and members of the school board, along with Bolivar school faculty, joined Dr. Asbill in the official groundbreaking for the new FEMA building to be located at Bolivar Middle School. An earlier article stated that the building was scheduled to be completed in October 2023. more
