Richard “Morgan” Wrinkle, 95, of Bolivar passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Colonial Springs Health Care Facility in Buffalo. Morgan was born on June 28, 1928, to Joseph and Tennie Wrinkle. He graduated from Halfway High School where he was known for being a gifted basketball player. He married Lorene Lejeune and the couple had two children, Dean and Rick. more
