Richard “Morgan” Wrinkle, 95, of Bolivar passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Colonial Springs Health Care Facility in Buffalo. Morgan was born on June 28, 1928, to Joseph and Tennie Wrinkle. He graduated from Halfway High School where he was known for being a gifted basketball player. He married Lorene Lejeune and the couple had two children, Dean and Rick.

Indeed it’s sad to read about municipal personnel disputes resulting in loss of service and employment of key senior management and the resulting emotional disruption within the community. Moreover, it appears the city may be suffering from employee unrest and morale given the nature of complaints leveled upon the former Director of Public Works, Mr. Jerry Hamby.
