Bolivar Technical College is inviting the community to their upcoming Spring Food Trucks event. Food trucks will start serving food at 11 a.m., rain or shine, on the BTC campus, located at 1135 N Oakland Ave., across from Citizens Memorial Hospital. This year, some new food truck options will be available.
Kicking off the event, Lae’s Authentic Egg Rolls will be available at BTC until 2 p.m. on Monday, March 27, offering several menu items like egg rolls, fried rice, Chinese skewers, and flavored teas.
The ever-popular London Calling food truck will return this year with British favorites, including pasties, sides, and desserts, until 7 p.m. on Friday, April 7.
Coming up on Wednesday, April 12, area residents can enjoy Chameleon Cuisine. This food truck will be available until 2 p.m., serving their Chameleon Tacos and Komodo Dragon burgers.
Lastly, The Infinite Kitchen will make an appearance at BTC on April 20, staying open until 7 p.m., featuring sandwiches and loaded fries.
