Christmas events at Open Hearts

Christmas Cantata

Open Hearts United Methodist Church invites the public to join them for a special message in music.

They will perform “Bethlehem’s Child” Christmas Cantata at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18.

The church is located at 105 E. Division St., Bolivar.

Christmas Eve Services

The schedule for Christmas Eve services is as follows:

• 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24 — in the ministries building at 629 N. Springfield Ave. This will be a casual, modern style service.
• 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24 — in the sanctuary. Service will feature uplifting music, a message of hope, candle lighting, and holy communion. Open to all.

Annual Community Christmas Dinner

Open Hearts will host their annual Community Christmas Dinner from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25. Drive thru services will be available. RSVP to the church office by calling 417-326-4885 by noon on Friday, Dec. 23.
