Bolivar Intermediate School fifth-graders celebrated on Wednesday, May 4, as they walked in their Drug Abuse Resistance Education — or D.A.R.E. — graduation ceremony. The program is designed to build kids’ social skills and self-esteem and teach them to say “no” to drugs.
