A teenager from Polk was injured in a single-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report stated that the 14-year-old juvenile was northbound in a 2014 Polaris Ranger 570 on 205th Road, three miles east of Polk, when she lost control on a gravel road, traveled off the left side of the roadway, and overturned.
The vehicle came to a rest on the driver’s side of the vehicle off the west side of the roadway, the report said.
The juvenile had moderate injuries, and as the crash report states, she was transported to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar.
The vehicle had minor damage and was removed by private party, per the report.
