Rachel Boyce, Polk County Collector, will be the speaker at the regular monthly meeting of the Polk County Genealogical Society on Thursday, May 1. Boyce will be sharing the duties of her position and some of the highlights of being the County Collector. The meeting will be held at the PCGS Research Facility on the southeast corner of the square beginning at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend. All meetings of the Society are free to attend and are held on the first Thursday of each month. A short business meeting will precede the speaker.
