Public Asked to Provide Input on Bolivar’s Future

The City of Bolivar and the Southwest Missouri Council of Governments (SMCOG; pronounced: ‘sim-cog’) are excited to present the Bolivar Active Transportation Plan for public input. The active transportation plan will serve as a guide for decision-making and policy implementation that will improve mobility for residents and visitors of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
