The Bolivar square was packed with all sizes of goblins and lots of scary spooks to make Halloween 2022 a fun night.
The Bolivar Kiwanis Club held their annual costume contest and had their work cut out for them choosing from all the great costumes. (See page 2 for contest winners and more Halloween pictures.)
