A 14-year-old juvenile from Bolivar was hurt in a single-car crash in Polk County at around 2:50 p.m. on Friday, March 24.
A Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report said that the juvenile was eastbound on County Road 181st, about three miles south of Pittsburg, in a 2015 Honda Pioneer when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn.
The juvenile, who the report said was not wearing a seat belt, suffered serious injuries. He was transported by EMS to Cox South in Springfield.
No damage was listed for the vehicle, and it was driven from the scene, per the report.
