For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Tesslyn Hamilton, single woman dated December 7, 2021 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Dallas County, Missouri in Book 2021, Page 3645 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Thursday, April 11, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:15 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Buffalo, County of Dallas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Dallas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
THE WEST SIXTY-FOUR (64) FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7) OF THE MADDUX RE-SURVEY OF LOTS 5-6-7 AND 8 OF WILLIAM'S ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF BUFFALO, DALLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPTING THEREFROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) FEET OFF OF THE NORTH END THEREOF.
to satisfy said debt and cost.
