The CMH Senior Fitness Center hosted an Open House Thursday, July 24, for community members to learn more about the free service offered by Citizens Memorial Hospital. Anyone age 55 or older living in CMH's eight-county service area (Polk, Cedar, Dallas, Dade, Hickory, St. Clair, northern Greene and Benton counties) can apply for a free fitness membership. The center has a variety of exercise equipment, an exercise pool and group fitness classes. The center is open from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Stop by anytime for a tour and to learn more about membership.
