The Regional Veterans Benefits Fair and Recognition Day, co-sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 66, American Legion Post 138 and Bolivar Elks Lodge 2828, will be Saturday, Aug. 2. There will be free health screenings for veterans.
