With the news at the Tuesday, Sept. 24, city council meeting that Mayor Chris Warwick will be resigning his position in January if he is formally elected this November to the Missouri State House of Representatives, Justin Ballard announced his intention to run for the Bolivar mayor position in the April 2025 municipal election. more
