Dale Thomas Medlock, 73, of Humansville went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023. Dale was born on April 5, 1949, in Charleston. He married his wife, Connie Ruth Medlock, on March 1, 1968, in Brownsville, Tennessee. more

Laura Persinger lives in Polk County and co-manages the Polk County Humane Society or PCHS. It was through her position that she “fell in love” with a small, female kitten named Sherbert. This sweet kitten had to be fostered prior to adoption, because she had to be bottle fed every three hours and was “too little” to be housed at PCHS. more
